1. General Overview
Willowood Ventures offers automotive marketing services, including social media advertising, business development center (BDC) management, and appointment generation for dealerships. These services aim to increase vehicle sales, lead generation, and customer engagement through targeted digital campaigns.
2. Use of Services
- Eligibility: Our services are available to dealership partners aged 18 or older.
- Permitted Use: Our services are for legitimate dealership marketing purposes only. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited.
- Account Creation: Some services require account registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- Service Area: Willowood Ventures operates in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Pricing and availability may vary by region.
3. Packages and Pricing
- Silver Package: 3-day event, $7,995, minimum 75 appointments.
- Gold Package: 5-day event, $10,995, minimum 100 appointments.
- Platinum Package: 7-day event, $14,995, minimum 150 appointments.
Payment is required in full 24 hours before the event start date. Events can be rescheduled with 48-hour notice. A cancellation fee applies if canceled within 24 hours.
4. Guaranteed Appointments
Willowood Ventures guarantees a minimum number of appointments based on the package selected. If the goal is not met, we continue working at no additional cost until the target is reached.
Example:
- Silver Package guarantees 75 appointments. If fewer than 75 are secured, Willowood continues lead generation at no extra charge.
5. Payment and Billing
- Accepted Payment Methods: ACH, wire transfer, credit card, or check. Payments must be made in full before services commence.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and ad creatives developed by Willowood Ventures remain our property. Dealerships may use branded content during the event but may not replicate or modify assets for future use without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Willowood Ventures is not liable for:
- Customer no-shows or cancellations.
- Factors outside our control (weather, economic shifts, etc.).
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the cost of the selected package.
8. Data and Privacy
Your participation in events and lead generation activities is subject to our Privacy Policy. All personal information collected during campaigns will be used solely to facilitate appointments and marketing services.
9. SMS and Contact Consent
By engaging with Willowood Ventures, you consent to receive SMS, emails, and phone calls related to lead generation, appointment scheduling, and marketing.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe.
- Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.
10. Event and Lead Management
- Lead Generation: Leads are tracked and managed through a live Google Calendar system shared with the dealership.
- Show Rate: On average, 60% of scheduled appointments result in dealership visits. Willowood Ventures manages follow-ups to increase conversion.
11. Rescheduling and Cancellation
- Events can be rescheduled with a 48-hour notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of $500.
12. Performance Guarantees
- 3-Day Event: 75 appointments guaranteed.
- 5-Day Event: 100 appointments guaranteed.
- 7-Day Event: 150 appointments guaranteed.
If guaranteed appointments are not met, Willowood Ventures will continue running campaigns at no additional cost until the goal is achieved.
13. Client Responsibilities
- Dealerships must provide relevant inventory details and promotions at least 48 hours before event launch.
- Staff must be available to manage increased showroom traffic during the event.
14. Amendments to Terms
Willowood Ventures may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services indicates agreement to the revised terms.
